Six Weeks Back to You

a compassionate return to yourself

Six Weeks Back to You is a trauma-aware, personalised programme that weaves mindfulness, reflective writing, gentle movement, and self-kindness rituals into a six-week journey of reconnection.

Designed for women seeking both care and growth, this is where you’ll learn to stay with yourself—in your body, your breath, and your words— and build the inner compassion that carries you through life.

why i created this

I didn’t design Six Weeks Back to You in theory—I lived it.
These six weeks are the distilled practices that carried me through seasons of disconnection, confusion, and change.

It’s the care I once poured into myself—formalised so you can pour it into yourself too. Simple practices, but powerful ones. Because staying with ourselves—truly staying—can be one of the hardest things we do. This programme teaches you how, the same way it taught me.

what we do together

Over six weeks, we move through tools and practices that help you:

  • Pause and be here, gently, with mindfulness grounding

  • Hear yourself more clearly through reflective and expressive writing

  • Connect with your body’s truths through gentle movement and embodiment

  • Create comfort and safety with touch-based presence

  • Build inner resources with self-kindness rituals

It’s not only about writing—it’s about being with yourself, staying with yourself, and learning to love yourself, even when it’s hard.

If you wish, sessions can include optional Islamic touchpoints—such as dhikr (remembrance), metaphors of divine mercy, or simple rituals of presence and acceptance.

This programme strengthens your capacity to connect with others—by first reconnecting with yourself.

the flow

We meet once a week for 75 minutes, online or in-person if you’re in Klang Valley. Each session weaves together:

  • Pause – Mindful arrival and breath.

  • Feel – Embodied noticing of what’s here.

  • Express – Writing as a safe, private way to meet your inner world.

  • Reflect – Gentle noticing of your words, without judgment.

  • Tend – Kindness-based closure, so you leave resourced.

what you'll receive

  • 6 × 75-minute private sessions (online or in-person in Klang Valley)

  • Personalised weekly prompts and body-based practices

  • Between-session WhatsApp support (Mon–Fri)

  • After-session reflection notes with home practices

  • Optional Islamic touchpoints for Muslim clients

Trauma‑informed and non‑judgmental, each session supports emotional well‑being, stress relief, and practical resilience.

by the end of six weeks

  • You’ll know how to stay with yourself—in writing, in your body, in your breath.

  • You’ll have a personal set of practices to return to anytime.

  • You’ll carry a gentler inner voice and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

No. These practices are for anyone who wants to care for their emotional world.
What if I don’t know what to write?
That’s part of the process. You’ll be guided every step of the way.
Is this suitable for anxiety or depression?
No—Pause is trauma-aware but not clinical treatment. Many find it emotionally supportive alongside other forms of care.
Do you run in-person sessions?
Yes—Monthly Writing Circles and Themed Workshops are in person unless stated otherwise. Six Weeks Back to You can be online or in-person in Klang Valley.
